Winter Herbs for Immunity

Discover how to support your immune system with natural remedies.
First of all we will learn about some of the different winter preparation methods for herbal remedies. Furthermore you will understand the difference between herbal infusions and decoctions. We will prepare syrups and lozenges. These will be simple and easy to replicate at home.
This is very much a hands-on workshop. Therefore numbers will be strictly limited.
Handouts and materials included.
You will leave inspired and bring home a herbal winter tonic. In addition you will have lots of ideas for creating more healthy herbals in your own kitchen.
