Winter Wellness with Aromatherapy

Discover how to support your immune system over the winter months.
During the afternoon we will get to know six essential oils in some detail. Furthermore, we will learn to use essential oils to create synergistic blends. In addition, we will learn five different preparation methods.
At the end of the day you will have prepared your own products to take away to keep winter bugs at bay.
